SECTION 1. DEFINITION OF COOKIES

CELLKRAFT uses different types of cookies on its Site, which can be grouped into several categories. Some of these cookies require your consent, due to their purpose, before they are placed on your computer, smartphone or tablet.

Audience measurement cookies, which allow CELLKRAFT to compile statistics on the site traffic and the use of its website, are also subject to your prior consent. 

Functional cookies, which are strictly necessary for the functioning and improvement of the CELLKRAFT website, do not require your prior consent. They are essential for the proper functioning of the Site and, in particular, allow you to connect to your customer area. 

ARTICLE 3. LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING COOKIES 

The legal basis for the placement of cookies on your device by CELLKRAFT is your consent. 

You have the right to consent or not to the placement of cookies on your device, upon presentation of the banner appearing on the CELLKRAFT website. This consent to cookies can be withdrawn at any time, in accordance with the terms described in Article 8 of this Policy. 

However, in accordance with Article 82 of French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to IT, data and civil liberties protection, the use of certain cookies does not require the consent of the Internet user, when these cookies are strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service expressly requested by the user or when they allow or facilitate communication by electronic means. In this case, the legal basis for placing cookies on your device is the legitimate interest. 

ARTICLE 4. DATA COLLECTED THROUGH THE USE OF COOKIES 

In some cases, cookies may allow to collect or access your Personal Data when you browse the CELLKRAFT website. 

The data collected via cookies may concern: the IP address of your computer, the approximate geolocation, the browser used, the date and time of your connection, the pages visited on the site, the language used, user identification data, etc..

ARTICLE 6. HOW LONG COOKIES ARE KEPT 

CELLKRAFT complies with the recommendations of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) regarding cookies, which are kept for a maximum period of 13 months, starting from the date of your consent to their placement. 

Personal Data processed through the use of cookies are kept for a maximum period of 25 months. 

ARTICLE 7. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS 

  1. What are your rights?

In accordance with the applicable regulations to the protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access and copy, rectify, delete and limit the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 

A right to information: on the use of cookies, their purpose and the means available to oppose their placement on your device. This information is made available to you via this Cookies Policy. 

A right to consent or not to the use of cookies: cookies exempt from consent in accordance with Article 82 of French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to IT, data and civil liberties protection, are cookies strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service expressly requested by the user or those that allow or facilitate electronic communication. 

The use of any other cookies is based on your consent, which will be obtained when you visit the CELLKRAFT site. Otherwise, the cookies requiring your consent will not be placed on your device. 

A right to modify your consent: you may modify your consent to the placement of cookies on your device at any time. You can withdraw this consent by deleting the cookies stored on your device. The methods of deleting cookies vary according to the browser used.

A right of access and copy: This right consists in obtaining confirmation from CELLKRAFT as to whether or not your Personal Data are being processed. Where Personal Data are being processed, you have the right to review said Personal Data. CELLKRAFT will then provide you with a copy of the Personal Data processed by it. 

A right of deletion: This right consists in obtaining from CELLKRAFT the deletion, as soon as possible, of Personal Data concerning you.

If you consider that your rights regarding your Personal Data have not been respected by CELLKRAFT, you can submit your complaint directly to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), by mail to CNIL – Service des Plaintes – 3 Place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07, or via the online complaint service accessible on the CNIL website. 

ARTICLE 8. SETTING AND DELETING COOKIES 

8.1 Setting of cookies 

You can set the parameters for the use of cookies on your device, by accepting or refusing their placement when you visit the CELLKRAFT website. You can also accept or reject all or some of the cookies by customising your choices. 

You can also set and delete cookies in the browser you are using. 

If your browser is Google Chrome, we invite you to follow the following procedure:

  • At the top right, click “More”, then “Settings” 
  • Under the “Privacy and Security” tab, click on “Cookies and other site data” 
  • Select the desired option: “allow all cookies”, “block all cookies”, “block third-party cookies in private browsing mode”, “block third-party cookies”.

  • Select the “Privacy” tab, and under “Settings”, select “Advanced” 
  • Choose whether you wish to allow, block or be or be asked to set up internal and third party cookies 

If your browser is Firefox/Mozilla, please follow the procedure below: 

  • Click on the “Menu” button and select “Options” 
  • Select the “Privacy & Security” panel, where you can see the settings for blocking content, including cookies: this is where you can see the settings for blocking content, including cookies 
  • If the default “Standard” setting is selected, all cookies are allowed except for trackers 
  • You can also choose the “Custom” option, and choose whether or not to accept the use of cookies

  • In “Preferences”, click on the “Privacy” tab 
  • Choose the options you want 

8.2 Deleting cookies 

You can delete cookies that have already been placed on your terminal at any time. 

If your browser is Google Chrome, we invite you to follow the following procedure: 

  • On your computer, open Chrome 
  • At the top right, click on “More”, then on “More Tools” 
  • Select the “Clear browsing data” tab 
  • At the top of the page, choose a time period. To delete everything, select “All time periods”. 
  • Check the boxes next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files” 
  • Click on “Clear data”. 

If your browser is Internet Explorer, please follow the procedure below: 

  • On your browser, click the “Tools” button, and select “Security” 
  • Select “Delete browsing history” 
  • Select the “Cookies and website data” checkbox 
  • Select “Delete” 

If your browser is Firefox/Mozilla, we invite you to follow the procedure below:

SECTION 9. CHANGES TO THE COOKIE POLICY 

CELLKRAFT may amend this Policy from time to time as a result of legislative and regulatory developments. 

The latest version of this Policy shall prevail over any previous version. 

ARTICLE 10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This Cookie Policy is not intended to replace the CELLKRAFT Privacy Policy. These two policies are complementary.
